For the first time in India we bring to you the Cultural Transformation
Tools (CTT) Level 1 Accreditation Programme.

Kindly nominate participants for a certification programme.

Since we will be able to accommodate only 15 participants for the program, kindly send your nominations at the earliest.

Registrations is on a first come first served basis.

The Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT) consists of a series of instruments that map the values of individuals and groups to the Seven Levels of Consciousness. The model is an adaptation of Maslow’s model of the ‘hierarchy of human needs’

The success of the CTT® assessment instruments is due to the ability to provide a detailed diagnostic of an organizational culture and a roadmap for continuous improvement for any group of individuals that share a common heritage or purpose.

The accreditation programme is designed for small group to allow experiential learning and integration with CTT® Tools.
