Dairy Detectives March 25, 2010

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream--or cheese, or butter, or even yogurt. Come visit Wagner Farm's milking parlor to participate in a milking demonstration and explore the many ways people have been using dairy throughout time. Participants will learn how milk is taken from the cow to the table and make their own ice cream to enjoy.
