We take immense pleasure in inviting you with family and friends for our most popular program GARBA AND DANDIA RAAS in NAVRATRI as detailed below:-

Date: From 12-10-07 (Friday) to 20-10-07 (Saturday) Full night program on the last day followed by Mataji’s Uthappan and Breakfast.

Time: 9.00 pm onwards We request all members to be present by 9.00 pm as we may have to end the program everyday by 12.00 am due to police restrictions.

Venue : Sree Kempamma Sree Muthyalamma Temple, (Vasantha Mantapam), 5th Cross, Old Binnamangala, 1st Stage, Indiranagar, Opp. Dominos Pizza, (100 feet road) Bangalore - 560 038. Entry with pass only.

Orchestra: MUSIC PARTY FROM GUJARAT

Aarti: Rs.501-00 Association will arrange for Prasad, Aarti Thadi to be brought by the member. Please register in advance.

Mataji’s Mandap Decoration: Daily by any member who desires to decorate the mandap. Kindly confirm in advance. On 12th October 2007 please come forward to help the committee members in decorating the hall.

Sponsorship: Rs.251-00 for prizes and Rs.751-00 (per day) for children’s daily gift. Members are requested to sponsor generously.

Tickets: For non-members tickets will be available at venue

Snacks: Juice and light snacks like chips or biscuits shall be served on all days

Competitions:

1) Best traditional dress for ladies - daily (only for above 12 years)

2) Best traditional dress for men on Ashtami 19-10-07

3) Aarti Thadi Decoration / Salad Decoration on Ashtami 19-10-07

4) Senior Ladies/Gents Garba competition on Ashtami 19-10-07

5) Surprise gift on 12-10-07 only on membership registration

6) Children gift-daily (age below 12 years and only for those children who are present)

7) Fancy dress for children below 12 years - memento for all participants. Date shall be announced at the Venue

8) Everyday prizes on different themes like maximum bindis, colour etc. for ladies, theme will be announced at venue everyday. For 12-10-07 theme is maximum ornaments.

9) Best Couple, Best Female and Best Male dancer’s competition on 20-10-07

Banner advertisement charges of size 6 feet * 4 feet is Rs.1500/- if banner is supplied by the advertiser and Rs.2000/- if we have to arrange for the banner. Main Stage banner charges are Rs.5000/- and the banner to be supplied by the advertiser only.
