Dating for Nerds January 11, 2010

It may be cold outside, but that won’t stop the sparks from flying at the third installment of Dating for Nerds, the Twin Cities’ premier event for smart singles. Join us Monday, January 11 from 7-10pm at Saint Paul’s Chatterbox Pub for an evening of board games, nerd-themed trivia, drink specials and casual conversation with brainy bachelors and bachelorettes.

Dating for Nerds Twin Cities has had successful outings in September and November, drawing dozens of eligible intellectuals. Previous editions have earned glowing mentions from City Pages and Metromix, who called it “a great place to meet people and have fun without the pressure of leaving a striking first impression or feeling like you had to come up with something clever to say next.” The Chicago version has been pairing people up for more than three years, leading to a number of nerd marriages and drawing national attention from the likes of the Chicago Sun-Times and the Associated Press.
