Dr. Flower leads us on a journey of discovery. Learn what the night sky was like more than 2,000 years ago and what shepherds and the wise men saw. Discover ultimately what it means for us today.

He will share insights into the First Christmas from the perspective of current astronomical knowledge and our ability to turn the clock of the universe backwards. He will discuss scripture passages that give us information, historical data and records of astronomical observations to help understand the nature of the Star of Bethlehem. You may even see some frankincense and myrrh!

Please join us for an engaging afternoon. Come with your family, friends and church members; consider attending Mass beforehand at 10:30 a.m.

This annual holiday lecture is our gift to you!
