Docent Led Tour November 20, 2010

Come and enjoy a one hour docent-led tour of the UCR Botanic Gardens on Saturday, November 20, 2010, at 10 a.m. Learn general information about the UCRBG. See our Desert Garden and learn about adaptations of plants and uses of local plants by Native Americans. See our Herb and Rose Gardens. Learn about our upcoming Butterfly garden and more. Attendees should meet at the Gardens' entrance by 9:45 a.m. to check in, get a drink or use the restroom. Wear comfortable shoes. Strollers and wheelchairs are not advised for this tour due to hilly and rough terrain of the route. Friends of UCRBG Members and kids tour for free; the charge for non-member adults is $10.00.
