WestConn will celebrate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. with a program in Ives Concert Hall in White Hall on the university's Midtown campus. The featured speaker will be Carlotta LaNier, one of nine African-American students enrolled in Little Rock Central High School in 1957.
