Dr. Castle and His Cinemaniacs, a total rip-off of the television show "Mystery Science Theater 3000", will return to the stage of the Geyer Performing Arts Center July 22 and 23 with a free Beer Tasting included!
This third installment of the stage show has mad scientist Dr. Vincent Castle; his assistant, Cassandra Nurmi, and his mutant pumpkin, Jack-O, watching, relentlessly mocking, teasing and insulting the 1985 sci-fi...um...classic "The Galaxy Invader".
Also, a ticket purchased will give you free admission to a beer tasting an hour before the show with not just any beer, but a variety of beers provided by The Church Brew Works! The Pittsburgh brewery and restaurant was recently listed in USA Today as one of the top 10 places to enjoy a craft beer in the country! Come and find out why!
The shows will begin at 7:30 p.m. (beer tasting will begin at 6:30 p.m., must be 21 to enter the tasting room) at The Geyer Performing Arts Center, 111 Pittsburgh Street., Scottdale, Pa. (www.geyerpac.com/724-887-0887). Tickets are $8.
So, that's $8 for a stage show, movie mockery and free beer!
