Dragonfly Workshop July 8, 2011

This is a WOW outing! Search for the elusive Hine's emerald dragonfly and its many cousins that hunt, soar, and zoom along the ridges and swales. Come out with Paul Burton, a licensed dragonfly expert, for a fascinating close-up look at skimmers, darners, meadowhawks, and dragonflies at The Ridges Sanctuary. Children and adults will be captivated as they spend a morning capturing, studying, and releasing many different kinds of dragonflies. $10/family.
