Host: American Enterprise Institute. In Drill Here, Drill Now, Pay Less: A Handbook for Slashing Gas Prices and Solving Our Energy Crisis (Regnery, September 2008), AEI senior fellow and former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich lays out a plan for cutting high gas prices and reducing America’s long-term dependence on foreign oil.
Gingrich is famous for taking big, visionary ideas and distilling them into practical solutions. Dealing not only with spiraling gas prices, but with the energy crisis as a whole, he shows how we can safely reap the benefits of America’s own natural resources and technology in gas, oil, coal, wind, solar, biofuels, and nuclear energy.
Gingrich warns that the pinch at the pump felt by Americans today is not temporary but rather indicative of another looming crisis, which affects not only the price of gas, but the price of food, our economy, and our national security. He thus proposes to tap the talents of the country’s scientists, engineers, and entrepreneurs; to require Congress to unlock our oil reserves; and to remove all the disincentives and impediments to American energy independence created by unnecessary government regulation. Incoming AEI president Arthur C. Brooks will moderate.

Yeah, The Concourse doesn't seem so ridiculously bad when you're right up front.
I'm leaning toward M83 right now though.

Would love to see her again, but doubt I'll go due to the venue. I saw M.I.A. at Vegoose last year, and I have to say her live show is definitely improving. As a friend put it, some of the previous shows felt a bit like you were watching the "best high school talent show ever".
Hmmm...maybe I'll just have to go super early to get a prime spot on the railing?
