Come to Drumlin Farm for an exciting week of hands-on farm experience activities! Meet our animals, help care for the sheep and goats, collect chicken eggs, groom the pony, explore the vegetable fields and sample fresh vegetables. Pick strawberries and make fresh whipped cream in June, harvest fresh corn or potatoes and make butter in August. - In groups organized by grade, campers will participate in farm chores and learn how to care for the animals around the farm and help the farmers with vegetable planting and harvesting. Learn what it means to be a farmer and experience the behind the scenes happenings around the sanctuary! Each day of the camp session will focus on a different farm animal theme; daily activities include farm chores, getting to know the animal, cooking, stories, arts & crafts, games and quiet reflection time. End the week with a special day of Wacky Farm Olympics. Registration is required. Call 781-259-2200 for details.
