It's part of WFNX's annual "Disorientation", a free outdoor concert/social thing aimed at college students (DIS-orientation, get it?). It starts at 5PM according to fnxradio.com. Hopefully they'll have more info soon.

You can Google "WFNX Disorientation" to get some glimpses of past shows, but it's not very well documented.
