E-Summit 2012 January 27, 2012

E-Summit is an initiative to serve as a platform for bringing together budding entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, investors, start-ups and everyone else with a spirit of entrepreneurship. It creates a networking hub for people from varied domains by involving corporations, working professionals and students from all across the nation.

The theme of E-Summit 2012 is ‘Changing Mindsets, Creating leaders’.

In line with our motive, we conduct speaker sessions, workshops, panel discussions, Competition-cum-Events. Here is an overview of what E-Summit accommodates for you:

Challenge Question like “What is the future of banking?” or “How can we improve air travel?” to be posed. Participants pour in fresh Ideas after group discussion and brainstorming. A startup CEO describes the newly found company. Prizes worth Rs. 10000 to be won.

Business Simulation Game:
A chance to set-up your own virtual company and to master your managerial and decision-making skills in a
neutral risk-free environment. 40 teams fight it out in an economic setting that models real life situations, allowing
participants to learn the impact of their decisions realistically.

Business Roadies:
An investor and a presenter participate in a team to present an idea to a chosen business related problem. The other teams’ investors will be watching their presentation and will give scores on the same. Bring Creativity for yourself and feedback for others!

Virtual Stock Market (VSM):
An online trading game! Experience the rush! Compete with your peers for prizes in cash and kind worth Rs. 1 Lakh in the first ever Real-Virtual Stock Market.

Adventures:
A competition where advertising and marketing skills will be tested. Participation will be in a team size of two.

Idea Generation Workshop:
Have you ever discovered a business idea while walking down the road or reading a newspaper. Its always just round the corner, we need to identify it as an opportunity. This workshop is aimed at it all!

Start-up Showcase:
12 best new technological/service etc. based start-ups of India showcasing their talent and hard work to the youth, corporate, media, investors etc.
