Earth Day 42nd Anniversary & Community Celebration

Volunteers will assist the JAYCEES in Kent County, to host, coordinate and implement, the annual EARTH DAY activities under the auspices of Department of Environmental Management, Municipal Officials and the Rhode Island Earth Day Volunteers Committee.

Requirements: Volunteers should be prepared to contribute a couple of hours of general landscape-type tasks out in the fresh air, working with a small group of participants in cleaning-up and ensure proper preparation for greening-up the JAYCEE Corridor & Arboretum, which forms the portal entrance to the state Senator Donald E. Roch RIVERWALK and the West Bay/Washington Secondary Bikepath.
