Menu items include an array of Breakfast Items, Dijon Parmesan Chicken with grain mustard sauce, Smoked Salmon Display with Condiments, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Tarragon Baby Carrots, Full Salad Bar and 4 chef attended action stations which include an Omelet Station with choice of ingredients, Waffle Station with choice of fruit topping, Steam Ship of Beef with Au Jus and Horseradish Sauce, and Honey and Brown Sugar Glazed Ham, and an assortment of decadent desserts.
