Ecotourism Gala & Auction May 1, 2008

Eco-conscious travelers, adventure enthusiasts, and green-minded professionals in the greater Washington DC area will have another opportunity this year to take part in a one-of-a-kind evening event filled with the best of the best ecotourism experiences from around the world. The International Ecotourism Society (TIES)'s annual fundraising event, Ecotourism Gala and Auction, will be held at the beautiful House of Sweden in Georgetown, on May 1, 2008.

Not only 30+ first class ecotourism trips will be auctioned off, also Alexandra Cousteau as a guest speaker and Grammy-nominated Swedish fiddler Andrea Hoag will round up this event.
