Ergonomics is the science of matching the work to the worker. Office ergonomics includes workstation design, job design and the work environment. A poor fit between the worker and the environment causes physical and psychological stress on the worker. This can result in physical health problems and injuries to muscles, joints and nerves.

About Ivy Lee
Ivy Lee is a Canadian with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from McGill University, Montreal, Canada. She has worked in neurology, psychiatry, but primarily in the field of orthopedics for 4 years. Mainly doing work-hardening programs, which means reinserting clients back into their workplace after a car or work accident. Her most recent work has been 2 months in Beijing volunteering in foster homes for children with Cerebral Palsy. Currently she is with World Link.
