Soprano Arianna Zukerman, extolled by the Boston Globe for her "vocal poise, elegant control of style and dynamics and real spunk," frequently performs in duo recitals with her mother, flutist Eugenia Zukerman. In demand for both opera and concert performances, Arianna Zukerman has appeared with the New York City Opera, Chicago Opera Theater, Arizona Opera, Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Israel Philharmonic, Baltimore Symphony Orchestra and Moscow Chamber Orchestra. Additionally, she performs regularly at the Vail Valley, Savannah and Caramoor music festivals. To complement her daughter's powerful voice, Eugenia Zukerman offers virtuosic technique, sensitive phrasing and fine articulation in expression of her superb musical intelligence. Praised by the Boston Globe as "one of the finest flutists," Eugenia Zukerman performs across North America and throughout Europe and Asia. She is also a published author, professor, television correspondent and the artistic director of the Vail Valley Music Festival.
