A View From My Window is an international exhibition of children’s art produced by VSA arts. During the Fall of 2005, VSA arts asked children to take a snapshot of their lives and tell them about the view from their window. The final 57-piece exhibition reflects what these young artists see and imagine — whether the landscape outside or an illustration of their emotions. A View From My Window includes artwork by students with disabilities, grades K-12, from the United States, Albania, Argentina, Columbia, Ecuador, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and Sri Lanka. The exhibit debuted in Washington, DC at Union Station, June 5-25, 2006 in conjunction with VSA's Start With the Arts Family Festival. VSA arts is an international, nonprofit organization founded in 1974 by Ambassador Jean Kennedy Smith to create a society where all people with disabilities learn through, participate in and enjoy the arts. Ticket Price: Adult - $8.95 Child (ages 2-12)- $8.95
