Richard Ray, Jr., is a certified FSO for Facility Technology Services, Inc., a full service National Security consulting firm. Mr. Ray has more than 10 years experience as a security professional. He aids federal government contractors and commercial clients with advice and guidance on physical security, facility security, personnel security, security continuity and industrial security investigations.
Since 2006, Mr. Ray has been involved in more than 200 government audits and self inspections. He has comprehensive knowledge across the spectrum of facility security, including full business Security Compliance, Physical Security, Badging and Access Control. Mr. Ray’s experience in personnel and industrial security management is also extensive and he has created numerous initial and annual security briefings. He is currently a JPAS Corporate Trainer, instructing clients about how to properly administer their database for cleared staff.
Mr. Ray also provides instruction for DD254 and the FSO Program Management courses conducted at corporate headquarters along with client requested webinars on various security related topics. He has worked with DoD, CIA, DHS, FBI, NRO, DIA, NGA, Department of State and NSA.
