Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
Completion Workshops!!!!

All college-bound persons are invited to attend these FAFSA workshops, no matter where they plan to go to college. If the person is less than 24 years old, they need to bring their parent’s information to the workshop. All parents are encouraged to attend.



You will be able to complete more of the application if the following documents are brought with you to the workshop:

• a copy of 2010 Federal Tax information (parent and student 1040EZ, 1040A or 1040 and all W2 forms) (if completed)

• recent bank statements

• the student’s driver’s license(optional) and

• Social Security card or Student Alien Registration card (if the student is not a U.S. citizen).

If the tax forms have not been completed yet, please bring your W-2 forms and final paycheck stub for 2010.

Childcare for children three years and older will be available during this meeting.

These workshops are being sponsored by the College of Lake County, the University Center of Lake County, the Illinois Student Assistance Commission, Mundelein High School, Round Lake High School, North Shore Gas, Great Lakes Credit Union, Waukegan High School, Waukegan Public Schools Welcome Center, and Coalicion Latinos Unidos de Lake County.
