90 South Main Street
Cranbury, New Jersey 08512

St. David’s Episcopal Church, 90 South Main Street, Cranbury, will hold a “Fantasy Auction” at 6 p.m. on Friday, October 21st in the church’s new Fellowship Hall.
The event will be a combination live auction and “tricky tray” (also known as “Chinese Auction.”)  The $10 admission covers refreshments, chances to win door prizes, 25 tickets for tricky tray items, and auction catalog.  The live auction items will include handmade quilts, car wash, yard work, homemade dinners, handmade sweaters, wine and champagne baskets, L’Oreal basket, gift certificates and original paintings donated by Corinne Collymore Peters, a Cranbury resident. Peters is an award-winning artist who has exhibited her work in several one-woman and group shows, in New York, New Jersey, Florence, and Paris.  As her website explains, “Her paintings revive the art of telling stories . . . At the same time, her work challenges the reexamination of traditional images with new interpretation and relevance, while the use of color and light creates a brilliance that stimulates and holds the eye.”
Funds raised from this auction will be used to support the ministries and programs of St. David's Church which include local outreach initiatives such as Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous groups, Habitat for Humanity, and Boy Scouts of America.
