Fall is here! Animals are skippin' and the vegetables are ready for eatin'! Bring the family to the farm for an afternoon of discovery. We'll explore the farm to discover where the hens are laying their eggs, what cows and sheep like to eat, and why the pigs love wallowing in mud. We'll also stop by the garden to dig for worms, care for plants, and taste some fall flavors. Join us for an introduction to farming at a pace suitable for all ages. - - All ages welcome, but oldest child must be at least two years old. Up to three children per adult. Fees apply to all participants, both adults and children. "Backpack babies" (under 12 months and carried in a backpack or sling) are welcome free of charge, but strollers are not appropriate for the terrain we will cover. Please mention these participants when registering. For children between 12 and 17 months of age, the fee is half the regular fee. Mass Audubon family memberships must be current to receive member rates; please consider joining when you register. - - Things You Should Know: - - Drumlin Farm Wildlife Sanctuary is a dynamic environment.
