Crunchy snow underfoot, warm coats and fluffy feathers, the sweet smell of maple syrup bubbling in the evaporator, these are the signs of winter at Drumlin Farm. Visit the cows in the barn and feed them their evening hay. Watch the spring lambs and kids take their first bouncy steps. Then card some wool from the sheep's annual haircut. Check for eggs under fluffy hens. Make sure the pigs have enough straw to snuggle up in on cold winter nights. We will have adventures along the way as we help the farmers with chores. - - All ages welcome, but oldest child must be at least two years old. Up to three children per adult. "Backpack babies" (under 12 months and carried in a backpack or sling) are welcome free of charge, but please mention these participants when registering.
