Farm Frolic October 1, 2010

Let's check out how many eggs have been laid in the chicken house. We will visit in the barn to see what the cow and pony are up to. How much wool are the sheep wearing now? What tricks have the goats been playing? Have they been in the garden nibbling on vegetables? We will be!! We will dig some potatoes and help put the garden to bed for the winter. Join in as we experience fall on the farm. - - Fee covers one adult and one child. Additional friends, siblings, or backpack babies are not appropriate for this class, with the exception of twins, who pay an additional half of the regular fee. - - Things You Should Know: - - Drumlin Farm Wildlife Sanctuary is a dynamic environment. Occasionally we may make programmatic changes to take advantage of new opportunities or to maintain the safety of the visitors and the animals we care for. - - Children should be the age indicated by the start of each program. - - Programs include time indoors, as well as outside and will run rain or shine; please come dressed comfortably for our outdoor adventures! - - In programs where there is a farm to food connection, snacks from the farm may be incorporated.
