Fashion Sketching Classes at Mog & Rue Boutique August 10, 2009

Mog & Rue Boutique offers creative courses for aspiring young fashion designers. Students learn everything from drawing the basic croquis to illustrating fabrics, skin tone, and notions. By the end of the session the students should be able to illustrate a composition complete with face, hair, garments and shoes. The 10 head croquis, which will be taught in this class, is the same as those taught at schools such as the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. It makes a great prep class for any high schooler planning to apply at FIDM and a fun extra curricular class for anyone interested in fashion.

Cost includes all materials: tracing paper, sketch pads, graphite/ebony pencils, colored pencils and Prisma desgin markers.
