Firefly Watch Training June 18, 2011

Because of concerns about dwindling firefly populations nationwide, watching fireflies has gone from an idle summer diversion to real-time data collection. Come learn about Firefly Watch, and find out how you can help advance firefly conservation. This indoor program will provide tips for spotting, identifying and accurately counting fireflies, as well as an overview of the natural history of this fascinating insect.
