Fitness & Fun Classes @ Bounceu! January 1, 2010

BounceU is starting classes on August 11th 2008 to join in the fight against childhood obsesity. We will have 4 class times per week. Mon & Wed. 10-11 a.m. and Mon. & Thurs. 5:30-6:30 p.m. so you can pick which one will work best for your child or group. The class is structured for every child to have fun and excerise at the Each class has a fitness instructor that will take them through 1 hour of cardio and strength training (age appropriate) and while they are having their 15 min. cool down their instructor will give them a healthy habit to think about for the week. Each child that completes an 8 week course of the "Fitness & Fun" will recieve a certificate and free "Fitness & Fun" T-shirt! Reservations are required so call and reserve your spot today!
