Sunflower seeds or raisins, millet or nuts, which do birds prefer? Let's recycle some materials into feeders for some of our overwintering feathered friends. Who will we see visiting our feeders? And what is their favorite food? Meet a bird who might hang around in the winter. Go on out and see what birds we can find around the farm. - - - Up to three children per adult; all ages welcome. Fees apply to all participants, both adults and children. "Backpack babies" (under 12 months and carried in a backpack or sling) are welcome free of charge, though please mention these participants on the registration form. The fee for children between the ages of 12 and 17 months is half the regular participant fee. - - Things You Should Know: - - Drumlin Farm Wildlife Sanctuary is a dynamic environment. Occasionally we may make programmatic changes to take advantage of new opportunities or to maintain the safety of all animals and visitors. - - Children should be the age indicated by the start of each program. - - Programs include time indoors as well as outdoors; please come dressed comfortably for our outdoor adventures!
