Four Course Tequila Dinner featuring Republic Tequila October 16, 2010

Chef McElfish has designed each of the Four courses using Republic Tequila in each course. Tequila Master Tanner Nall will be on hand to discuss what seperates Republic Tequila from the rest. First Course-Heirloom Tomato Salad with a Blanco Vinagrette. Second Course-Organic Chicken with Fusilli in a Reposado Cream. Third Course-CAB Natural Sirloin Fajitas marinated with Reposado. Fourth Course-Dessert Taquito with an Anejo Cream. Reception at 6pm
