San Clemente Villas Invites Area Residents
to its Gala Oktoberfest Celebration
With Live Band, Food, Refreshments,
Interfacing with City Council
and Chamber Members
Thursday, October 6th, 5pm – 7pm

San Clemente Villas by the Sea, a luxury senior living and retirement housing community, invites area residents to a gala Oktoberfest celebration Thursday, October 6th, 5pm – 7pm
with live music, food, dance, refreshments, and interfacing with members of the City Council and Chamber of Commerce. The event serves as the Chamber’s October Monthly Mixer.

Festivities take place in the spacious Villas lobby and immediately outside at tables and chairs with umbrellas. Entertainment for dancing is provided by the John Lundren Oompah Band which plays virtually any music genre.

Prizes go to those wearing the best Lederhosen-type or related “German” costumes.

Food and refreshments include bratwurst, sauerkraut, potato salad and refreshments, and keg beer from Dad’s Liquor and Wine.

Aileen Brazeau, co-owner of San Clemente Villas by the Sea, says, “In order to provide a relaxed interface between city officials, business people, and the public at large, we’ve invited our City Council members and Chamber members. And since this is the Chamber’s October Mixer, their members receive free Mixer admission on us.”
