1)Diabetes Screening - (No eating or drinking anything except water 3 hours prior to screening.)

2)Blood pressure screening

3)Foot screening

4)Glaucoma Screening

5)Breast cancer Screening

6)Nutritional counseling

7)Cervical/Colon/Prostate cancer information

8)An “All Kids” Health insurance program Representative will be present to sign you up for FREE or low-income Healthcare for every child and/or adult who qualifies for All Kids insurance.
