FREE Healthy Pregnancy Class

"Where families learn about having healthy pregnancies and happy birth-days!"
Join us for this fun evening! This class teaches about healthy eating, exercise, and prenatal care during pregnancy. There will be door prizes, samples, coupons and healthy refreshments will be served. Class is taught by local certified childbirth instructors Laura Grout, AAHCC, and Angela Hancock, AAHCC as a public service to the community.
