FREE! Nature Family Fun Day October 16, 2010

We invite you to spend the day, bring a picnic and explore nature. Free activities hosted by the Friends of Humboldt Bay NWR include: live raptor presentation by the Humboldt Wildlife Care Center; make your own “green” bird feeder; find out what it’s like to be a migratory bird in the “Migration Madness” game, and take a stroll down “Birding Lane”. Discovery Packs, binoculars and field guides will be available for check-out use at the refuge!
