Free Talk & Guided Meditation: Joy is Not an Emotion September 21, 2009

7:00pm-8:30pm with snacks afterwards!

Come and experience a wonderful guided meditation, followed by small lecture/discussion. Usually we end with another guided meditation.
It is a wonderful place and time to meet wonderful people.
I hope you can join us, if we have not yet met you, we look forward to meeting you and for those who have been coming, it is always a joy to see you.
