Hello Great Souls!

In this Meet-up we will have:
Guided Meditation with a small lecture/discussion, usually ending with another small guided meditation followed by healthy snacks and tea.

This week Turiya will be leading the class and you will want to come! What is the right way to utilize our energies to push through all of life's challenges, staying with our goal, using steadfast power to Overcome any Obstacle that presents itself in front of our path.
