WHAT: WEIGHT STORIES! 30 minutes of energy tapping out your negative emotions around your weight story.

Keeping hold of excess weight is about self PROTECTION from negative emotions. Your excess weight is from situations you’ve experienced, resistance learned from other people, traumas, physical problems, memories, how you were treated as a child and your thoughts and beliefs about yourself.

What is YOUR WEIGHT STORY?

Your story is likely negative and a big energy disruption and the biggest reason why you’re stuck with your weight loss struggles. Remember, fighting negativity only makes it stronger!!

DO YOU:
--eat when you’re not even hungry?
--can’t stop eating beyond a healthy portion?
--turn to food to medicate your negative emotions

Join me to energy tap on your negative weight story, get relief and neutralize the negative writings on your wall of life. As a group I will start with my weight story and go around the energy circle, asking anyone to contribute what they feel comfortable sharing. Energy in a group is powerful and our stories will resonate with each other, so please, everyone who attends these meetups should know you are in a safe place with kindred spirits.
