Immerse yourself into the Southern French culture and join us for this Soirée toulousaine, a special evening when you will get to taste the famous “cassoulet”, the most famous dish from South west France. This rich, slow-cooked bean stew or casserole containing meat (pork and duck) and white haricot beans will be cooked by French chef Jean-Pierre Evesque. For dessert, Christian Martinau will cook wonderful pastries. The dinner will be preceded by a presentation of Toulouse and its surroundings and regional music will be played throughout the evening.
