Gathering of the Vibes July 30, 2008

Now in its 12th year, the Gathering of the Vibes has carried the spirit made famous by the Grateful Dead and others by creating wholly unique musical experiences for attendees from far and wide. The four day festival feature music from over 30 performers, along with areas where festival goers can choose from a wide assortment of food and beverage vendors including many vegetarian selections. There is also a variety of both hand-made crafts and imported goods along the "Craft Vendor Row" know as Shakedown Street, an Art Gallery along with Vibes merchandise. Information and demonstrations include everything from environmental awareness to social consciousness.
