Liz has been designing jewelry for over 12 years and has received several accolades over the last couple of years in international bead and design competitions. It was just announced that Liz received 2nd place in the Washington D.C. Bead Museum Contest 'Celebrating Beads' the journey of…
In 2007, she was chosen as a finalist in the Create-Your-Style Swarovski Crystal contest and was also a finalist in the 2008 Rio Grande Saul Bell awards.
Recently, she has been designing her pieces using a process called right angle weave. One of her creations 'Kai Nalu' a necklace was chosen as a finalist in the Bead and Button 'Bead Dreams' Contest and will be featured in a special Crystal issue of Bead and Button magazine in April of 2009.
