Ghost in the Cemetery October 15, 2009

Stuart Schneider is a local author of a book unlike any other ghost book. He is an accomplished cemetery photographer who scouts cemeteries in the day and sees and senses what is there. He returns at night to capture his images. One out of a hundred have something unusual, most do not. The large color photos are evocative and draw you in as if you are actually standing there and seeing what the photographer saw and felt. These are not the typical orb or streak-type ghosts that ghost hunters often get, but full formed, vaporous apparitions. Original ghost stories accompany each cemetery visited. Haunted cemeteries, include those in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Kentucky, Arizona, and Canada.

Stuart will discuss the photographs, the history of cemeteries, ghost photography, and how this all came together as the book, "Ghosts In The Cemetery".
