Gloucester County Community Service Awards Dinner June 2, 2010

The Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce’s 2010 Community Service Awards program drew an excellent group of nominees this year, with the number of submissions far surpassing that of years past. The 2010 categories included Business Person of the Year, Citizen of the Year and Chamber Member of the Year. The quality of the nominations was truly impressive; everyone painted a compelling pictures of service to our community. Selecting the finalists was not an easy task.

We are pleased to announced this year’s finalists, all of whom exhibit the leadership and sense of community which we wanted to acknowledge. We applaud all the nominees for their contributions and accomplishments.

For Business Person of the Year (in alphabetical order), the finalists are:

Louis Colameco, Wellshire Farms
Kimberly Nolan, Columbia Bank
Edward Faltenbacher, Wedgwood Country Club.
For Citizen of the Year (in alphabetical order), the finalists are:

Bernadette Blackstock, People for People Foundation
Frank D’Amico, GC Special Services Education Foundation
Ron Lucarini, Orchard Valley Middle School.
In addition, David Ebbeson of Village Capital has been named the 2010 Chamber Member of the Year.
