Goodnight Desdemona (Good Morning Juliet) by Ann-Marie MacDonald, directed by Victoria Liberatori,
and featuring Bridget Kelly, Benjamin Liberman, Heather Yeo, Drew Groves and Lori Stewart, is a riotous comedy about Constance Ledbelly, a rather eccentric Shakespearean scholar who is transported into an alternate world peopled by radically revised versions of the classic lovers Romeo and Juliet, and Othello and Desdemona.
Shakespeare meets the "Me Decade" of the 1980s with hilarious results. Something for audiences of all ages: sword fighting, ghosts, pratfalls, time warps, romance and revenge!
