Chinese Dim Sum – hand’s on!

Learn how to make great pot stickers, steamed dumplings, boiled dumplings with several different fillings, black-bean garlic dipping sauce, fresh ginger dipping sauce and the best-ever peanut sauce. Yum cha!All classes will be held at Willowpond Bed and Breakfast, from 6:30 pm to 8:45 pm. Classes include: recipe packets, a full meal, and wonderful camaraderie. Classes are $50 each. Classes are transferable, but not refundable. Class attendance is limited & classes fill fast. If a class is cancelled due to low attendance, it will be rescheduled within the following 6 months and your tuition will be transferred to that date or to another class.
