Cooking with fresh herbs and citrus

We will talk about how to use fresh herbs and citrus to enliven any dish. We will enjoy a fragrant feast, including the most incredible lemon mashed potatoes and a lavender-infused chocolate mousse…

All classes will be held at Willowpond Bed and Breakfast, from 6:30 pm to 8:45 pm. Classes include: recipe packets, a full meal, and wonderful camaraderie. Classes are $50 each. Classes are transferable, but not refundable. Class attendance is limited & classes fill fast. If a class is canceled due to low attendance, it will be rescheduled within the following 6 months and your tuition will be transferred to that date or to another class.
