Creative side dishes

Move over rice and potatoes! Small pastas like orzo, Israeli couscous and grains such as quinoa and millet make a delicious change of pace. We will have fun with dishes such as: orzo with lemon, garlic and herbs; Israeli couscous with saffron, toasted pine nuts and currants, and many others.All classes will be held at Willowpond Bed and Breakfast, from 6:30 pm to 8:45 pm. Classes include: recipe packets, a full meal, and wonderful camaraderie. Classes are $50 each. Classes are transferable, but not refundable. Class attendance is limited & classes fill fast. If a class is cancelled due to low attendance, it will be rescheduled within the following 6 months and your tuition will be transferred to that date or to another class.
