The Art of Garnishing – hand’s on!

From simple tomato roses to turnip calla lilies. You will leave class with your own gorgeous vegetable bouquet. You will need to bring the following tools with you: small exacto knife and a small pairing knife, very sharp please.

All classes will be held at Willowpond Bed and Breakfast, from 6:30 pm to 8:45 pm. Classes include: recipe packets, a full meal, and wonderful camaraderie. Classes are $50 each. Classes are transferable, but not refundable. Class attendance is limited & classes fill fast. If a class is cancelled due to low attendance, it will be rescheduled within the following 6 months and your tuition will be transferred to that date or to another class.
