Gourmet Night May 15, 2009

Kick off your soon to be summer season with a recipe exchange. This event will be open for both men and women to attend for plenty of food, wine and fun! A summer recipe exchange is all about food and you. “Gourmet Night“ is an opportunity to share your favorite recipes with others!

1) Make copies of your favorite appetizer, summer salad, main dish, bbq, marinade, or dessert recipe(on a piece of paper or an index card).

2) You may bring a small sample of your recipe but this is OPTIONAL.

3) SPECIAL GUEST: Chef Lee Schubert of ELE’ Catering in Chicago will be featuring his favorite dishes to share with all of us!!!
