Our 1-day Grand Canyon bus tour from Las Vegas is priced at $80 all-inclusive and is a great way to see this spectacular park with a bit more comfort and a relaxed schedule. The Grand Canyon, stretching more than 277 miles in length, and spanning over 18 miles across is a wondrous site to behold. Five thousand feet below the rim, The Colorado River is responsible for the majority of the natural erosion that has shaped this remarkable landmark.

Now you can travel to the South Rim Grand Canyon National Park in new comfortable deluxe touring coaches with an on board restroom, large custom windows, climate controlled air conditioned, reclining seats, removable arm rests, individual foot rests, vcr monitors for documentary movies and such, and more leg room than most airline coach seating.

The driver/guides will entertain and inform you as you travel to the Grand Canyon National Park. They are true professionals who love what they do. Your talented guide will share points of interest and answer questions along the way. You’ll truly appreciate the extra care and comfort you’ll receive on this tour.

The tour begins with a drive from Las Vegas to Hoover Dam. You will cross over the dam to the Arizona side for a brief photo opportunity. Make sure you bring your camera for shots of the Dam, Lake Mead, and the Colorado River. As you continue on, Travel through the habitat of the big horn sheep, Black Canyon. Learn about the Pioneer Indian Wars, early Spanish Conquistadors, the Missionaries, Mountain Men, Explorers and Settlers.

The next stop is a stretch and smoke stop in Kingman, Arizona. Pick up a snack, beverage, or a souvenir. Then onto the National Park where you will arrive around 11:45 AM for your wonderful buffet lunch which is sure to leave you with a full stomach and a more in depth knowledge of this fascinating area.

Once inside the Grand Canyon National Park you will be stopping at the new state of the art visitor center (offering information on all aspects of the Grand Canyon). One of the first sights you will see of the Grand Canyon is Mather Point (the deepest part of the canyon, 277 miles long, 18 miles wide and 1 mile deep), located only a few miles north of the southern entrance. Traveling along the Rim Trail you will encounter the Yavapai Observation Station which features small exhibits and some of the most breathtaking views the Grand Canyon has to offer. Your journey will also land you at the Bright Angel Lodge, which can be found in the western part of the Grand Canyon Village. This lodge, built in the 1930’s, is surrounded by historic sites such as the park’s oldest post office and the oldest continually standing building on the rim, the Bucky O’Neill Cabin. You will have free time to browse it’s gift shops, museum, and snack shop. All the stops provide time for exploring and photographing.

On the return trip to Las Vegas you will again make a rest, stretch, and snack and smoke stop in Williams (home to the Grand Canyon Railway - a National Register of Historic Places) before traveling to and across Hoover Dam, arriving in Las Vegas at about 9:30 PM. From the rich culture to the astounding views, the only possible way to experience everything the Grand Canyon has to offer is up close and personally with the South Rim Bus Tour.
