Inch by inch, row by row, time to help our garden grow. Let's grab our tools and get to work! We will start by turning over the soil in our special bed. What should we plant first? Should we plant lettuce or potatoes? When shall we plant tomatoes? Can we plant some flowers as well? Meet a garden raider and plan strategies to keep him out of our garden! Each week will be a new adventure in the garden with lots of ideas that you can also try at home. - - PLEASE NOTE: This class will not meet on Monday, May 30, Memorial Day. - - Up to three children per adult; no backpack babies, please. Fees apply to all participants, both adults and children. Mass Audubon family memberships must be current to receive member rates. Please consider joining when registering. - - Things You Should Know: - - -Drumlin Farm Wildlife Sanctuary is a dynamic environment. Occasionally we may make programmatic changes to take advantage of new opportunities or to maintain the safety of the visitors and the animals we care for. - - -Children should be the age indicated by the start of each program. - - -Programs include time indoors, as well as outside, and will run rain or shine; please come dressed comfortably for our outdoor adventures!
